Manufacturing process :

Along with best design and raw material we also assure best quality with the latest manufacturing techniques. We have imported equipments from USA, Germany, Japan and Korea. Our workforce comprises of 170 skilled and qualified personnel.

Quality control is one of our most primary concerns. In quality control our motto being -

For packing we use 9 ply heavy cartons and polythene bags of virgin material and standard thickness, which keeps the product in shape and helps in local deliveries without repacking cost.

Raw Material :

We procure raw materials from renowned suppliers and are subjected to stringent quality checks at our Inward Store. The outer surface material is made up of the best quality PVC Coated Imported Fabric. Technical parameters such as the Denierage, PVC Thickness, Coloring and Weight are minutely inspected.

First quality and density polyurethane foam is used with even thickness and density for padded protection.

All other raw materials such as nylon zippers and sliders are all imported. Thread quantity used is 3 ply twined nylon thread.
